Boot Camp
WHEN: Classes are 7:30pm-8:30pm M/W/F and run on 6 week cycles.

WHERE: Indoor components are held at Lange Chiropractic. There are outdoor components that vary by season.

WHAT: Boot camp utilizes eight complimentary components that help your body perform optimally:

3. Relative Functional Strength
4. Postural Symmetry & Balance
5. Dynamic Flexibility
6. Optimal Body Composition
7. Speed/Agility
8. Movement Pattern Conditioning

Boot Camp provides the intensity of a personal training session with the motivation of a group environment. After a warm-up, we move on to strength, ability, cardiovascular endurance, and flexibility exercises. Examples: speed and endurance routines, partner resistance, strength trainings, core exercises, physioballs, dumbbells, barbells, fitness games, group challenges, wheelbarrow races, medicine ball drills, plyometrics, box drills, fartleks, obstacle course, guerrilla drills, and multiple versions of the standard push-up and sit up! Class ends with a cool-down stretch routine. This is one of the most fun, intense and effective work-outs you have ever experienced!

Fitness assessments are performed at the beginning and end of the six-week program to gauge your strength and weight improvement. Expect measurable results. Class size is limited; please reserve your spot early. Call us at 413.582.9889
